Packaged units and splits
Most buildings here run packaged units on the roof or splits serving individual suites. The first visit records what is installed — model, size, age, refrigerant and condition — so the next call starts from a list rather than a ladder.
Faults are measured and priced in writing, and where a unit is finished we show what replacing it involves rather than repairing it twice.
